A Special JPII Pass for the Beatification Festivities (April 30-May 2, 2011)

The Special JPII Pass is a package of services that facilitates those coming to Rome for the Beatification. It is NOT a ticket to the Holy Beatification Mass, which, as the Holy See has communicated, is not a ticketed event. The services offered include:


• Access to transportation within the city (bus, tram, subway, local train between Rome - Ostia) valid for 3 days after the first ride;
• Packed lunch provided on May 1st;
• Information Kit regarding events associated with the Beatification and helpful tips;
• Medical assistance;
• On-site assistance at the celebrations (entrance to St. Peter’s Square for the celebration of the Beatification Mass is not guaranteed);
• Double-decker bus tours, courtesy of Roma Cristiana, for 3 days;
• Access to the Mamertine Prison with an audio-guide;
• Access to the Basilica of St. John Lateran with an audio-guide;
• Booklet of the Holy Beatification Mass;
• Gadget.

At the time of purchase you will receive a voucher that you must present upon arriving in Rome at one of the ORP Meeting Points in order to pick up the Pass. The main ORP meeting points are:

· ORP St. Peter – 9 Pio XII Square (St. Peter's Square) – Rome (Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM);
· ORP at Palazzo del Vicariato - Via della Pigna, 13A – Rome (Mon-Fri 9AM-1PM /2:30PM-6PM) 
· ORP St John - front desk at the Basilica of St. John's in the Lateran – Rome (Mon-Sun 9AM-6PM);
· ORP Imperial Fora at the Mamertine Prison – 1, Clivo Argentario – Rome (Mon-Sun 9AM-5:30PM);
· Termini Station -- Ticket counter – "Grandi Biglietterie" (the atrium at Termini Station -- Piazza dei Cinquecento entrance) (Mon-Sun 9AM-9PM);
· Fiumicino Airport -- Ticket counter "Grandi Biglietterie"-- Leonardo Express departure station (Mon-Sun 9AM-9PM).
